Indicators

In 2003, the MNHC membership selected a set of indicators many of their membership are currently collecting and reporting to their communities and their funders. These indicators fall into 5 categories. These are:
  • Sector Involvement
  • Civic Engagement
  • Community Change Leadership
  • Community Change Partnerships
  • Scope of Work
Each community and Healthy Community Coalition is unique and their activities vary greatly from one region of the state to another. For this reason not all HCC will be tracking and reporting all of these indicators. To access the specific indicators being reported by each HC coalition in Maine, please click on the link of the specific region of the state in the coalition map section at the bottom of his page.
